Annual Load Reconciliation is our year‑end confession and audit. At the end of each operational year we reconcile every recorded load, movement and compliance check with reality.
Purpose
- Ensure that all loads recorded during the year have been accounted for and properly documented (no lost souls).
- Identify discrepancies between recorded and actual inventories. If a pallet goes missing, we will find it. Eventually.
- Assess the rate of Improper Stacking and load limit violations to determine training needs and exorcisms.
- Compile data for submission to central archives and correlation with global stability metrics. Bureaucracy is worship.
Process
- Data Collection – Gather all records from Ritual Inventory, shipping manifests and compliance logs. Spread them out like tarot cards.
- Verification – Cross‑verify loads recorded with actual goods on hand and those delivered. Investigate discrepancies. Accept no excuses.
- Analysis – Identify patterns of non‑compliance or load deviations. Correlate with incident reports. Laugh nervously.
- Reporting – Compile a reconciliation report summarizing compliance and deviations. Submit to Certified Handlers for audit. Pretend you’re not scared.
Annual Load Reconciliation isn’t penance; it’s accountability. Its conclusions feed into the cosmic statistical models described in Proofs.
